Cambridge, MA – May 26, 2011 – Amgen, a
leader in the biotech industry since 1980 whose research hub in Cambridge conducts groundbreaking research
across a variety of therapeutic areas, has announced a first-time $17,500 grant from the
Amgen Foundation to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Middlesex County.

 The Medford Boys & Girls Club names McGlynn Elementary School third grade teacher, Mrs. Galusi, as Teacher of the Year during the Club's celebration of the 2011 Boys & Girls Club Week.
