Fall Registration Information:
- Registration
begins August 22nd from 9am – 6pm at the Medford Boys and Girls
Club
- Registration
will continue from 9am-10am on Tues. 8/23 and Wed.8/24, and 9am – 4pm on
Thursday, 8/25

forms or registration forms can be picked up at the Boys and Girls Club on Mondays and Thursdays
from 7:30am – 5:30pm, and Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 7:30 – 9:30
and 4 – 5:30
- Cost
is $30 for the year – payable via cash or money order on the day of
registration
- At
registration, parents will need to sign up for one of 2 mandatory parent
orientations (dates/times TBD)
- The
Medford Boys and Girls Club will be closed from 5pm on August 26th
through September 11th
- *First
Day of After School Programming is September 12, 2011*
- Hours
will be 2:30pm – 6:30pm
