Comics

Recently we have experienced increased male participation in the arts here at the Gene Mack Clubhouse. In hopes of continuing on that thread we are operating a program entitled Comics & More. It gives the male youth an opportunity to spend additional time around their male counterparts, express their creativity in a myriad of ways, and make new discoveries. They will primarily experience this by making their own comic books—throughout these comics personalized collages, city scapes, jerseys, sneakers, and superheroes will be displayed.
